MAYARI SIERRA is the maiden project of MPDI and will be the first upscale mixed-use ecotourism mountain estate development at the heart of the tourism belt district of Tanay, Rizal. The property will house a nature and country club and serviced residences, covering 30,000 sq.m. of lush estate.

The Alluring Tanay
Tanay is a first class municipality in the province of Rizal, which is about 50 km away from Metro Manila. It is a mountainous town with an average elevation of ~650 m, the highest of which rises to 1,467 m. Due to its high elevation, Tanay enjoys year-round cold temperature similar to Baguio City of Tagaytay City, with its lowest recorded in 2024 at 18.6°C.
Tanay is known as a camping, hiking, and overlooking destination—perfect for a weekend getaway and holiday retreat. It is also known for its mountains and trails amid the grandeur of the Sierra Madre, the sea of clouds, scenic views, and rivers and waterfalls. Tanay is also popular among riders of motorcycle, bicycle, and car enthusiasts, especially to adrenaline junkies, because of its winding and well-paved roads.
The Project's Location
Mayari Sierra is strategically located in the "tourism belt" of Tanay, Rizal. It is a 45-minute drive from Marikina City, a 20-minute drive to the municipal proper of Tanay, and a 5-minute drive to the center of Brgy. Sampaloc.
The 3.0-hectare property is situated in the former Tanay Adventure Camp, a grass-laden rolling terrain with numerous trees with an elevation of 523 m above sea level. It has existing structures, facilities, and amenities that are planned to intertwine with the new development.
